Here, quick processing and urgent order management take place. These workstations are designed for direct communication with the end customer.

This area ensures efficiency in situations where:

• Specific wiring needs to be created without a predefined project
• Customer requests are based on immediate needs for vehicles in production

In this area, the operations follow defined schematics and projects developed in direct collaboration with customers, where technical expertise and specific requirements come together to create customized solutions.

Here lies the heart of COSMIC's creativity. The technical manager works on:

• Custom projects, starting from ideas, sketches, and customer requests
• Innovative solutions and "made in COSMIC" projects
• Coordination of external system testing

This area maintains constant communication with the customer, technical departments, and supplier labor forces.

Here, the production manager is responsible for:

• Coordinating production activities
• Managing relationships with customers and suppliers for technical requests
• Monitoring and maintaining machinery
• Supporting the management of projects shared with Partners (LUIS)
• Managing production software

Here, the assembly of defined products takes place, such as electrical boxes and standardized components.

This area is dedicated to the processing of complex or large-scale systems, up to 20 meters in length. The modularity of the workstations allows for the handling of large projects, ensuring flexibility and process optimization.

The heart of our workshop, designed to guarantee versatility and customized solutions. Here we take care of:

• Small internal processes for quick interventions
• Component customization
• Cable rewinding lines

These areas house three dedicated racks for the processing of single-core and multi-core cables, designed to ensure precision and productivity at every stage of the process.
