The client, specialized in outfitting vehicles for urban hygiene, uses the LUIS 360° camera system on its vehicles. They requested Cosmic’s support in handling the setup and calibration operations, delegating this phase to our specialized technicians. The goal was to free up internal production from this necessary step after the physical installation of the system.

Proposed Solution
Cosmic developed an effective two-phase solution:
- Initial Calibration and Setup Intervention:
- Our technicians performed an on-site intervention at the client’s operational facility to calibrate and set up the LUIS 360° system on a sample vehicle.
- All optimized parameters were saved in a file, creating a standard configuration. - Optimization of Device Pre-Configuration at Cosmic:
- We set up a dedicated area within our production facility to pre-configure the devices before shipping them to the client.
- Each camera system is calibrated using the standard parameters saved during the initial intervention.
